We started The Phillys to share the food we love — proper Philly cheesesteaks, hand-cut and built to order. No corner-cutting, no microwave shortcuts, no “close enough.”
Today we serve neighbours from three locations — Calgary NE, Macleod Trail, and Airdrie — with the same family-table commitment to the people we feed and the food we cook.
